Mr Samir Mehta, Clinical Director/Chair, Upper GI Optimal Pathway Group

Mr Mehta has been a Consultant Surgeon in Leeds for over ten years and is the current Upper GI MDT Lead. 

He is experienced in all aspects of upper GI surgery, including resectional cancer surgery and weight loss surgery.

Mr Mehta has published widely in peer reviewed journals and was awarded a higher medical degree through Oxford University in 2008.

He is widely published in all aspects of oesophago-gastric surgical oncology.
