Post Treatment Support Project Improves Life For Patients Watch The Video!

The latest Cancer Alliance video features a pilot project to support people in Bradford living with and beyond cancer, based on what's really important to them at the end of their treatment.

The new initiative aims to ensure that every patient is aware of and able to access the range of support and services available to help them reach their goals and live as full a life as possible after treatment.

The personalised support pilot is co-ordinated by the West Yorkshire and Harrogate Cancer Alliance, funded by Macmillan Cancer Support, and involves partners Cancer Support Yorkshire, the NHS in Bradford (Clinical Commissioning Groups and Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust) working together to improve the lives of people affected by cancer.
