Cancer Alliance Personalised Care Event

4th April 2019, 10am - 4pm, Horizon Leeds

Personalised care features heavily across all aspects of health and social care in the recently published NHS Long Term Plan - including in the context of cancer care and services.

This event will help health professionals working in cancer care to understand what personalised care looks like and to examine a framework for meaningful conversations, as well as practical ways to make it happen.

The event will be delivered by Jo Harvey, Personalised Care and Support Planning Delivery Lead for NHS England.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
